He joined TSN in 2005 and has since become one of the best play-by-play announcers at TSN. Since TSN gained exclusive television rights to the CFL starting in 2008, Cuthbert returned to his role as the primary voice of the CFL on TSN and calls every Grey Cup.
Chris made the history of the National Hockey League on December 1, 2006, as the first play-by-play announcer in the history of the NHL to purposely call an ice-level game instead of a cable gondola. He was the play-by-play announcer for men’s ice hockey at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang alongside Ray Ferraro.
