She had a passion for sports ever since her tender age, she has been growing up in England. In 2008, she graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Telecommunications-News. Mims will always represent Blue and Orange no matter where she ends up. During her time at the University of Florida, Mims was one of the main sports anchors for WUFT News, a student photographer for the UAA, and a sports coordinator at ESPN Gainesville.
