In the 1990s, Faulkner became the lead singer of the new version of Bay City Rollers. The band featured Alan Longmuir, Stuart Wood, and singer Karen Prosser. In addition, Faulkner performed with his own band The Eric Faulkner Co-operative. In 2006, Faulkner performed at the Guilfest with 3 Men & Black. He continued to perform with the group on their 2006 concert tour.
