Mmamoloko Kubayi is a South African politician. She is the Minister of Science and Technology, after being the Minister of both Communications and Energy. She has also worked as Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee of Telecommunications and Postal Services. Moreover, she is also a Member of the National Assembly for the African National Congress (ANC).

Even though Minister Kubayi served on various committees over the years, immediately prior to her appointment to the National Executive she served as the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee of Telecommunications and Postal Services.
